Staff Meeting

In terms of the CMSD project, i was able to contact members of the boathouse regarding a list of names of potential invites to the end of the year banquet. Tomorrow, at a meeting with those involved in the program downtown, I will present what i have come up with and hopefully get a stronger hold on what our next step should be with the program. At the meeting we will be discussing everything from the logistics of the event (which is to be held at our house in June), to how we will find donors, funding, and press for the event. I will be attending, as I said before, to learn more about the state of the program/ planning process and well as expand my understanding of my current role in the process as well as my future position in planning/executing etc.
